Second release of the Dom Perignon, which happens 10 years after the launch of the first release. Critic tasting note: (2003 vintage) Medium deep golden colour with rather small and vivid bubbles. Pure and intense nose, fine development without oxidation, roasted pine and pistachio nuts with confit de citron, fresh peach and brioche notes.
